The Christmas in July was a great fund raiser to welcome the community back to Mount Mitchell Golf Club.  The community came together on Monday, July 22nd, 2024 to enjoy the food, festivities, music and raise money for the Mount Mitchell Community Fund whose mission is to “meet the needs of impoverished children in Yancey County”.

Guests enjoyed a complimentary  “Holiday” cocktail upon check in and later a traditional Christmas Feast.

There were lots of raffles and numerous prizes awarded during the evening and much dancing at the end of the night.
