about us

We’re funding hundreds of projects for the families of yancey county

Yancey County is one of the poorest counties in North Carolina where over 25% of the children live in poverty. Unfortunately they don't get the regular nutritious food and appropriate clothing. We are working to help alleviate this problem through Mt Mitchell Community Fund, a 501C3 Charity domiciled in Yancey County.
